Open from 6:30 to 22:00, our fitness center is fitted with the Technogym equipment including cardio machines, free weights or core centric training with ARKE – Sweat – Smile – and repeat.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
1. Hoi An Shuttle Service (40 – 45 mins. /way)
- Timing: 13:00 Hotel to Hoi An | 21:00 Hoi An to Hotel
- One-way: VND 160,000 net/pax
- Round-trip: VND 300,000 net/pax
2. Ba Na Hills Shuttle Service (45 – 50 mins./way)
- Timing: 08:00 Hotel to Ba Na Hills | 16:00 Ba Na Hills to Hotel
- One-way: VND 200,000 net/pax
- Round-trip: VND 360,000 net/way
3. Terms and Conditions
- Children policy:
- Under 3-year-old: Free
- From 4 – 11-year-old: 50% service fare
- No smoking, no food or drinks, no pets allowed;
- Max. 01 belongings per pax.
- Min. capacity required: 08 pax – Max. capacity: 24 pax.
- Service providing as per actual availability; the hotel reserves rights to cancel the service if (i) safety requirements disqualified; or (ii) unexpected incidents happened (‘force majeure’); or (iii) minimum booked orders lesser than 08 passengers.
- Timing is a must – don’t miss it. Absence on boarding hour considered as no-show and led to fully charge. The service is non-refundable/non-transferrable/non-convertible to cash.
- Schedule amendment/adjustment shall be informed to the guests in at least 01 hour in advance. If the hotel is not able to provide the service, we will refund 100% service fare to pre-paid customers.
- Highly recommend pre-paid reservations for using the service.
- The offering service fare in tax and service charge inclusive and stated in Vietnam Dong.
